Fix dark beer is a dark lager made in 2012 and loved ever since! The predominant aroma of Fix Dark is licorice with light notes of caramel. The body is on average highly carbonated and the taste has a certain sweetness and moderate bitterness. The most impressive is the appearance of this beer, since it’s black with white foam, creating an impressive contrast in the glass. It’s a great pairing with seafood, chocolate and yellow cheese.
